About Tower Landlord

Tower Landlord is a neutral reference for landowners with a cell tower or a tower lease: every constructed structure in the FCC Antenna Structure Registration, organised by state, county and owner, and a calculator that values a lease buyout offer from your own lease terms. It does not buy leases and is not paid by anyone who does.

How the site works

The tower data is the FCC's own Antenna Structure Registration file, rebuilt from the weekly public download: every constructed structure in the 50 states and DC, with its owner, type, height and age. The calculator is plain discounting arithmetic on the lease terms you enter. Tower Landlord does not buy leases, does not broker them and is not paid by anyone who does. Every rule and exclusion is on the methodology page.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong or a source has changed, email hello@towerlandlord.com with the page and a link. Corrections go into the data file and the check date updates with the next build.
